1st Trimester Loss
The Early Loss Mindfulness Group program is designed to help navigate the tender emotions of loss, both while you are trying to conceive and also once you become pregnant again. For many people, the effects from the grief, loss, and miscarriage are not always alleviated by another positive pregnancy test.
Group A: Recovering from loss or trying to conceive again
Dates: 6 Thursdays: May 4 - June 8, 2023
Time: 7:30-9:00pm PT
Group B: Pregnancy after Loss
Dates: 6 Thursdays: May 4 - June 8, 2023
Time: 5:30-7:00pm PT
*note: if you become pregnant or experience a loss during the 6wk program, you can maintain continuity of support by transferring to the earlier or later group
Location: Online from the comfort of your home, via zoom.
Fee: Registration to this course is offered by sliding scale at the completion of the 6 week program. Please pay to the highest amount you are able to help support the sustainability of this offering.
$150 (partial scholarship) / $250 (sustainable fee) / $350 (helps to support others utilizing scholarship)
